This CMS manages applicant data inputted through the Bisnis Indonesia Career site, enabling the HR team to assess whether applicants' skills align with the company's needs. Additionally, HR can monitor each stage of the recruitment process. The CMS also includes features for inputting job positions required by the company and creating content that will be displayed on the Bisnis Indonesia Career site.
